Final Sale Items:
Products marked as “Final Sale” which are also found on our Outlet collection cannot be returned for a refund. They are eligible for an exchange or store credit only upon return.
All items tagged as Final Sale are only eligible for store credit or exchange upon return. Strictly no refunds. If final sale items are received with defects, damages and stains, please let us know right away so we can issue a free exchange or store credit. We will require photo or video to prove the condition of the item received.
Return Condition:
Defective items must be reported within 2 days after item delivery date. Due to hygiene concerns the following items cannot be returned: Bodysuits , Swimwear, Intimates, Stockings, Hair Accessories, Hats, Earring, Cosmetic and Beauty products. Please note that all items must be returned with the yellow tag intact. If we receive your return and the yellow tag is damaged or removed, we cannot accept your return.
International Orders:
Please return the items within 30 business days from date of delivery and provide an email with the tracking number. Unfortunately, We DO NOT provide return label to international orders.
Product Return Conditions:
Please note that items must be returned in the same condition as received without any marks or stain from makeup/deodorants etc. We reserve the right to refuse returns that shows signs of wear. if the labels are removes or tampered with/no return

Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
Store credit:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify your if return is accepted or rejected. We will issue a gift card for the same amount of your order to be used for your next order.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify your if return is accepted or rejected. Please allow us 3-5 days from the day your return is delivered to refund your order. The credit appear on your billing statement within 1-3 business days due to varying processing time of financial organization. Our Outlet products that are marked as “Sale” are not refundable.
