Products marked as “Final Sale” which are also found on our Outlet collection cannot be returned for a refund. They are eligible for an exchange or store credit only upon return.

If final sale items are received with defects, damages and stains, please let us know right away so we can issue a free exchange or store credit. Defective items must be reported within 2 days after item delivery date. Due to hygiene concerns the following items cannot be returned: Bodysuits , Swimwear, Intimates, Stockings, Hair Accessories, Hats, Earring, Cosmetic and Beauty products. Please note that all items must be returned with the yellow tag intact. If we receive your return and the yellow tag is damaged or removed, we cannot accept your return.
Please return the items within 30 business days from date of delivery and provide an email with the tracking number. Unfortunately, We DO NOT provide return label to international orders.
